What You'll Do

• Originate loans!
• Get access to every wholesale lending option available.
• Build and grow your own book of business on a platform with a 12-day average clear-to-close.
• Optionally: mentor, build a team, and earn overrides to get paid beyond your own production as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• Character: humble enough to be part of a team, hungry enough to want more, sharp about people and relationships
• Active NMLS license, in good standing, with a track record of self-generated production (not institution-fed leads)
• Producer, not order-taker. You build your own pipeline through agent relationships, referrals, and your own marketing
• Comfortable with the math: if most of your volume comes from walk-ins or assigned leads, this isn't the right fit.
• Open to building something bigger than your own production over time
• Licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, or Florida
