Shift: combination of nights and evenings

Requirements: Demographics in the system: Full Name, Perm Address & Cell number Will not accept anyone under 50 Miles from the facility. If HCP is 50-100 miles, we can book at a reduced rate Up to date resume or Work Experience that includes facility name, units worked & Dayes employed. All gaps of employment should be explained. *Include years of experience in LTC and documents travel experience. Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Active VT or Compact license required at time of submission NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active licenses RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required Current Certifications required: BLS
