Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
Supervise and support CNA staff during your shift
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Complete, accurate, and timely documentation
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license (State of Florida)(required)
Current CPR certification(required)
SNF/LTC experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Reliable, team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
