The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required. Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification required with 90 days of hire. Previousnursing assistant experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age to apply due to regulations around medical equipment.
