MAVINSYS LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Rutland, VT. Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
• Communicate effectively with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care team members
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Requirements:
 

• Active Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
