Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in long-term care, rehabilitation, acute care, nursing home, and home health settings. The ideal candidate is dedicated to ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being while assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). 


Key Responsibilities


  •  Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transferring. 
  •  Measure and accurately record patients' vital signs. 
  •  Assist patients with ambulation, mobility, and proper body positioning. 
  •  Observe patients and promptly report changes in condition or abnormal findings to the supervising nurse. 
  •  Notify the supervising nurse immediately when a patient reports pain. 
  •  Maintain patient safety by following established care plans and infection control procedures. 
  •  Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner. 
  •  Assist with oral hygiene, skin care, nail care, and foot care. 
  •  Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. 
  •  Report to assigned facilities on time and prepared for scheduled shifts. 
  •  Wear required identification and maintain professional conduct at all times. 
  •  Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising nurse or facility management. 
Qualifications


  •  Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for the state of employment (if required). 
  •  Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude. 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  •  Ability to maintain accurate patient documentation. 
  •  Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety practices. 
  •  Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 
Physical Requirements


  •  Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 80 pounds
  •  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (2–5 hours at a time). 
  •  Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and other healthcare-related hazards. 
Work Schedule


  •  Full-time

  •  Day Shift 
  •  Evening Shift 
  •  Night Shift 
  •  Overnight Shift 
  •  8-hour and 12-hour shifts 
  •  Holiday and weekend availability as needed.
