Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

A medical center in Berlin, VT is seeking a Senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations on-site. This is a senior-level, in-person role requiring demonstrated administrative leadership within a long-term care setting.

The role. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective management across departments. This individual will draw on prior experience as both an administrator and assistant administrator to guide staff, manage resources, and maintain standards of care delivery.

What we're looking for.

• Must hold an active Nursing Home Administrator License
• Previous experience as both a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assistant Administrator
• Minimum 2–5 years of administrator experience
• Preferred: 10+ years of LNHA experience

Compensation. $127,795 - $191,692 per year
