ASPYRE of Bronzeville is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, support department directors, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high standards of resident care and quality of life.
Duties Responsibilities
Plan, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs.
Provide leadership and guidance to department directors, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure residents’ rights, quality of care, and quality of life standards are upheld.
Communicate facility policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies.
Monitor facility budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
Lead departmental meetings, training programs, and staff development initiatives.
Maintain the confidentiality of resident information, including protected health information (PHI).
Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and resident-centered care.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
Current, unencumbered Illinois Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Knowledge of nursing facility operations, reimbursement regulations, and compliance standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and office applications.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
