Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Elkton, MD. This is a full-time, in-person leadership role. The LNHA will be responsible for the overall operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong census management, and a positive culture for staff and residents alike.

Qualifications of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ):

• Active Maryland LNHA license in good standing
• Proven SNF administrative leadership experience
• Strong track record in regulatory compliance, survey management, and census growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and staff development skills

Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ):

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Lead and develop department heads and frontline staff to deliver exceptional resident care
• Manage census development, payer mix, and revenue cycle in partnership with corporate
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain survey readiness
