Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to take full ownership of our skilled nursing facility in Ellicott City, MD. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for operations, census, staffing, budget, and survey and compliance readiness, with the autonomy to run the building and the support of a growing operator.

Qualifications:

- Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing

- Experience administering a skilled nursing or long-term care facility

- Working knowledge of census, budget, staffing, and the survey process

- Strong, autonomous leadership with a resident-first approach

Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day operations of the facility

- Drive census, budget, and staffing

- Maintain survey and regulatory compliance

- Lead the department heads and interdisciplinary team

- Report directly to ownership
