Key Responsibilities:

Compensation:
- $90,000-$95,000 annually (based on experience and census)
- Growth potential up to $100,000
- Up to $10,000 in annual survey-related bonus opportunities
Qualifications:
- Active LNHA license required
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
