Whispering Pines Nursing and Rehab, a well-established and a trusted provider in the skilled nursing space in Ripon, WI, and a proud member of the Eden Senior Care Network, is looking for aLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to play a key role in leading the operational and administrative functions of our skilled nursing facility. We are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents and are seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about advancing excellence in senior care.

Position: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the facility operates efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of care and service delivery, implementing best practices to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to promote the facility's mission and reputation.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and service expansion.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, promoting a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement quality improvement initiatives, evaluate performance metrics, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Wisconsin
  • At least 2 years of experience as an LNHA
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
