Job Description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead overall operations of a long-term care and post-acute facility. This role oversees regulatory compliance, budgets, staffing, quality metrics, and resident satisfaction while modeling our faith-based, mission-driven culture. The Administrator partners with clinical and therapy teams to drive person-centered care, strong survey outcomes, and census growth. Responsibilities include mentoring leaders, engaging families, managing risk, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on continuous improvement and exceptional resident outcomes.
