Relient Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).

Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

 Current OT openings available in:

Laconia, Lebanon, Unity, and additional New Hampshire markets.

• Licensed New Hampshire Occupational Therapists (OTs)

• Recent graduates from accredited OT programs pursuing New Hampshire licensure

This role is specific to licensed Occupational Therapists practicing within a rehabilitation department.
This is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or non-licensed support role.

 Compensation & Benefits

Competitive statewide OT salary range: $40-50/hr
(Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

‍️ Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
• Promote patient independence with ADLs, functional tasks, mobility, and safety
• Document patient care using EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
• Collaborate with COTAs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers

 Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) program
• Active New Hampshire OT license, or eligibility/pending licensure
• Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Hampshire markets
• Authorized to work in the United States
