Our therapists enjoy:
One-on-one patient care
45-minute treatment appointments
No double-booking
Custom orthosis fabrication whenever clinically appropriate
Direct collaboration with referring hand surgeons
An experienced administrative team that manages scheduling, insurance authorizations, billing, and front-office operations so therapists can focus on patient care
Our therapists are expected to average approximately 44 patient visits per week. We believe this strikes the right balance between productivity, exceptional patient care, thoughtful documentation, and long-term professional satisfaction.
Our daily schedules also include built-in flexibility to accommodate the unexpected—a complex orthosis, a patient who needs additional time, documentation, or an urgent referral. Thoughtful scheduling helps therapists provide exceptional care while creating a more sustainable workday.

Compensation & Benefits
$40–60 per hour, based on experience, expertise, and leadership contributions.
Our highest compensation levels are intended for experienced Certified Hand Therapists who combine exceptional clinical care with a passion for mentoring and developing other therapists.
