    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA for a Licensed Occupational Therapist operating as a self-employed practitioner. The therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs; develop individualized treatment plans; and implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional abilities in daily activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting evaluations, documenting progress, coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating clients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies. The role may involve working with pediatric and adult populations, providing rehabilitation services, and managing all aspects of a small independent practice, including scheduling and basic administrative tasks.\n

    • Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement effective treatment plans.

    • Foundational knowledge of Medicine and related health sciences to collaborate safely and effectively within multidisciplinary care teams.

    • Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare partners, including clear documentation and education.

    • Experience or interest in Pediatrics, with the ability to adapt interventions to developmental stages and family-centered care.

    • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California and graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

    • Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and handle basic administrative tasks associated with self-employment.

    • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practice, with ongoing engagement in professional development.
