Responsibilities
Dispense spectacle lenses and adjust eyewear frames with precision, ensuring optimal fit and comfort for each patient
Conduct thorough eyewear fittings, including measurements of pupillary distance and frame adjustments
Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their prescription, lifestyle needs, and personal style preferences
Maintain accurate medical records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, explaining medical terminology related to vision care, and guiding them through insurance or medical coding procedures
