Responsibilities

• Consult with Washington consumers to understand their P&C coverage needs and recommend tailored protection solutions
• Build longterm client relationships through expertise, trust, and consistent followup
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline supported by a team that values efficiency and results
• Contribute to a positive, growthoriented office culture

• Active P&C license & the ability to procure an Washington Nonresident if necessary (required)
• Proven P&C sales track record, consistently exceeding $30,000 in monthly premium
• Experience operating from a fully remote setting, with a dedicated home office space
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex coverage conversations
