About the Role:
Patrick's Home Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated Licensed Pest and Weed Technician to join our growing team in Surprise, AZ! Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments including inspection, identification, and extermination
• Apply herbicide and weed control treatments to lawns, landscapes, and hardscapes
• Conduct thorough property inspections to assess pest and weed activity levels
• Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) strategies for clients
• Maintain accurate service records and document chemical applications per state regulations
• Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers in a professional manner
• Safely handle, mix, and apply pesticides and herbicides in compliance with Arizona state guidelines
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and chemical inventory in proper working order

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Pest Control or Structural Pest Control License required
• Arizona Weed/Herbicide Applicator License or equivalent certification preferred
• Prior experience in pest control, weed management, or a related field
• Knowledge of common Arizona pests, weeds, and desert landscape conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily route independently
