Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Life Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on rehabilitative care for senior residents, implementing treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting progress, and educating patients and families.
