Multi-Care Medical is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Naples team Monday through Thursday.
We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working directly with patients, takes pride in providing quality care, and works well as part of a collaborative medical team. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for patients throughout their recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Carry out established physical therapy plans of care
- Provide appropriate hands-on treatment within the PTA scope of practice
- Utilize therapeutic modalities as indicated by the patient's plan of care
- Monitor patient response and progress throughout treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Qualifications
- Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and organized
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong team-oriented attitude
- Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
