Our Mission

We strive to provide comprehensive therapeutic services and programs utilizing a variety of professional restorative aids, nature based learning, and skilled equine movements to facilitate physical and emotional growth, learning, and healing.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you’ll blend traditional PT skills with innovative, evidence-based approaches in a nature-based setting.

You’ll work alongside trained equine professionals to deliver safe, dynamic, and highly engaging therapy sessions that make a lasting impact on patients and families.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver physical therapy services in a supportive, nature-based outpatient setting
• Incorporate hippotherapy techniques (AHA Training to be completed within one year of hiring)
• Collaborate with horse handlers and team members to ensure safe, effective sessions
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on growth, healing, and community impact

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in South Carolina
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Interest in equine-assisted therapy
• Comfort working outdoors in a nontraditional nature-based setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Horse experience is a plus, but not required
