Physio-Med, Inc. is a therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice with clinics located in Lady Lake, Leesburg, and Eustis, FL. A Physical Therapy Assistant is needed for a position at our Eustis outpatient facility. You will receive opportunities to improve your manual therapy skills through collaboration with our highly experienced therapists as well as monthly skills-based training focused on manual therapy techniques. We are looking for an energetic and outgoing therapist eager to join our family as we grow.

Job Responsibilities (PTA):
- Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services and by identifying patient care issues.
- Documents measurements and progress with active communication with the supervising therapist.
- Administers established care plans and completes appropriate documentation.

- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) State License
