Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Let’s Go Physical Therapy is seeking motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our growing personal injury and outpatient rehab team throughout the Houston area. We offer flexible work schedules designed to support your lifestyle — whether you prefer full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, or a mix of both. This role provides a mix of mobile in-home therapy and in-clinic care at our Tomball and Southwest Houston locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver treatment in-clinic and in patients’ homes, ensuring safe, professional, and compassionate care
• Implement and progress treatment plans focused on functional improvement and pain reduction
• Accurately document all visits, progress notes, and patient responses in a timely manner
• Communicate with PTs, clinic staff, and referring providers to support excellent clinical outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current Texas PTA license/certification in good standing
• Previous outpatient ortho and/or personal injury experience preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for mobile visits
• Strong communication, time-management, and documentation skills
• Patient-focused, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing practice
