· Responsible for screening, evaluating, and treatment of residents needing services.

· Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.

· Evaluates results of therapy.

· Complete discharge planning.

Physical Therapy  Assistant (PTA) Minimum Qualifications:

· Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)  in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
