Job description:

We have an immediate need for a PTA who is Part-Time for 2 days a week in our Ocala office.

We also have a need for a Part-Time PTA who is available to work the next 2 to 14 weeks in our Summerfield office. Give us a shot out to discuss the opportunity for very flexible work hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with our Physical Therapists to implement customized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure professional standards of practice are followed, including adherence to the American Physical Therapy Association’s Code of Ethics.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate medical records in line with billing and facility requirements.
  • Monitor patient progress, communicate effectively with supervising therapists, and adjust care as needed.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere for our patients, making sure they feel cared for and respected.
  • Be part of a team that thrives on collaboration and positive energy.
