Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

A growing sports medicine and physical therapy practice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with preferably 2+ years of outpatient musculoskeletal experience.

We are looking for a goal-oriented clinician committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal for someone who values strong therapeutic relationships and a positive treatment environment. Most sessions are one-on-one, with patients typically seen at a rate of one per hour and only occasionally two per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for outpatient and applicable inpatient settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments, document progress, and adjust care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, goals, and home programs; monitor safety and improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Utilize medical terminology and equipment appropriately; ensure accurate medical and discharge planning documentation.
