Precision Today is hiring experienced Licensed Plumbers to join our team in Franklin Park! 

We’re looking for skilled, dependable plumbers who know their trade, take pride in their work, and know how to take care of customers. If you have strong residential service experience and an active Illinois Plumbing License, we want to hear from you. 
 
Earn Up to $10,000 in Sign-On Bonuses! 
Sign-On Bonus Payout: 

• After 1 month: $500 

• After 3 months: $2,000 

• After 6 months: $3,500 

• After 12 months: $4,000 

Total Potential Bonus: $10,000 

**Sign-on bonus is paid in installments and is contingent upon maintaining active employment and remaining in good standing through each milestone** 
 
Responsbilitilies: 

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues 

• Perform plumbing inspections and troubleshoot problems 

• Service and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems 

• Explain findings and recommended repairs to homeowners 

• Complete service calls safely, accurately, and efficiently 

• Provide friendly, professional customer service 

• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked 

• Follow Illinois plumbing codes and company safety standards 

• Work with dispatch and management to keep the day running smoothly 

 

Qualifications: 

• Active State of Illinois Plumbing License  

• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred 

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills 

• Good communication and customer service skills 

• Ability to work independently and manage your day 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

• Comfortable using tablets or mobile dispatch software 

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed 

• Ability to successfully complete our hiring process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
