Licensed Practical Nurse 11024

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care within a clinical or institutional healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the direction of licensed medical professionals to deliver nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support overall patient wellness and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, pharmacology, patient care practices, and medical terminology
• Ability to accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Experience working in clinical, behavioral health, correctional, or long-term care settings is a plus
