What Youll Do

Starting pay is approximately 58000 based on shift assignments. Ohio has joined the Nurse Licensure Compact NLC which went into effect January 1 2023. The NLC allows an LPN to hold one multistate license MSL in their primary state of residence while practicing virtually or over state lines in 37 other compact states across the country.
