Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and provide specialized nursing care
• \n
• Monitor residents’ conditions and document accurately
• \n
• Support wound care, manage catheters, and communicate health updates to families
• \n
• Assist and guide direct care staff to promote a positive care environment
• \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid MA LPN license
• \n
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• \n
• TB Test Within Last 6 months
• \n
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• \n
• Valid driver’s license and strong assessment skills
• \n
• Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks with proficiency
