Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our client in Bronx, NY 10461-2723. This is a 105-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Bronx, NY 10461-2723
Duration: 105 weeks
Work Schedule:
Day – 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Night – 11:45 PM–7:45 AM
Evening – 3:55 PM–11:55 PM
Pay rate: $35 - $38/hr on W2

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Medication administration and specimen collection;
• Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs;
• Provision of nursing treatments;
• Gather patient measurements, signs and symptoms;
• Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety;
• Crisis intervention;
• Complete documentation in patient electronic medical records, as well as staff communication logs and other required forms as needed;
• File patient record forms in the appropriate location within the record;
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Valid New York State LPN license issued by the New York State Education Department.
• Ability to work required weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to comply with NYS OASAS and ATC policies.
• Successful completion of all required background and screening processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide an I-9 for verification.
