POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the clinic physician, midlevel provider, or registered nurse, the LPN provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients in the clinic setting.  Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing licensed practical nursing program

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
None

REQUIRED REGISTRATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse license
Applicable Resuscitation and other position-related certifications must be obtained within the timeframe established by SRHC policy.

Near acuity: ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less
