Job Description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation community. In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately in our electronic health records system. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans while mentoring CNAs and support staff.
