Hebrew SeniorLife, a Boston-based nonprofit affiliated with Harvard Medical School, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time home health, Mon–Fri, 40 hours. The LPN provides compassionate in-home care for older adults, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, follow individualized care plans, document accurately in the EMR, and support safety and comfort.
