Licensed Practical Nurse

Title - LPN
Facility: Concord, NH
Shift: 3:00 PM to11:00 PM
Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Monitor vital signs, observe patients’ conditions, and report any changes promptly.
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Requirements:

• Valid and active NH License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in LPN.
• Current AHA BLS,
