Contributes to the overall patient experience. Supports the clinical team in administrative tasks. Monitors and adheres to metrics-based performance standards. Facilitates seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Collaborates well with Clinical Pod, Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Excellent Customer Service skills • Strong computer skills • Experience with internet-based applications • Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records programs • Call center/Clinic telephony experience
