Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
• 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
