Job Description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver person-centered care in our long-term and post-acute setting. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and document accurately in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team. You’ll support care planning, supervise CNAs, promote infection control and safety, and communicate with residents and families.
