Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care Clinic/Urgent Care
Job Type: Full-Time 12hr shifts - Urgent Care Setting
Providing compassionate primary care in an urgent care setting!
A background check will be required

Pantheon is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our expanding clinical team at our primary care clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative outpatient environment. At Pantheon, we seek more than simply filling a role with a qualified nurse; we are looking for an LPN who shares the passion, dedication, and commitment established by our owners and upheld by our team. Genuine, patient-centered care is a value we prioritize and take pride in as we serve individuals who rely on our team and place their trust in our medical care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and compliance. This role is focused on supporting providers in delivering primary care services, assisting with patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Established clinical protocols and workflows are in place to guide responsibilities and maintain high standards of care.

In addition to patient care responsibilities, this position offers stability and growth opportunities for nurses interested in expanding their clinical experience within a growing healthcare organization. While supporting patient care, Pantheon also supports our staff by offering streamlined documentation workflows. Our owners have developed a physician-built application that integrates directly with our EMR, eliminating double charting and allowing documentation to transfer seamlessly.
