Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time
Ongoing Contract (W2, Weekly Pay, Benefits Available)
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Position Overview
As an LPN/LVN, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care, supporting residents’ well‑being, and ensuring a safe, warm, and engaging environment. This role is ideal for someone who values connection, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
-Administration of medications in accordance with state and Sunrise guidelines
-Accurate documentation of all medication administration
-Providing high‑quality resident care aligned with mission and regulatory standards
-Promoting dignity, independence, and the highest level of service for all residents
-Supporting a positive, team‑focused environment within the community

Qualifications
-Active LPN/LVN license or state‑specific nursing credential
-Must maintain all required state certifications
-At least 6 months of experience in senior care, assisted living, home health, hospital, or long‑term care
