- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
- Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer
- Additional COVID-19 doses must be obtained where required by law
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Perform skilled nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care plan development and updates
- Document patient care accurately and completely in the EMR
- Communicate patient status changes to the supervising RN and interdisciplinary team
- Supervise CNA staff as assigned and support regulatory compliance initiatives
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with LTC standards
Must-Have
- Active Alabama LPN/LVN licence (or compact licence eligibility) - current and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a LTC/SNF or similar setting
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
