What You’ll Do as an LPN

As an LPN at Charter Senior Living, you will play a key role in supporting residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. Your responsibilities include:

• Completing assessments and contributing to individualized care plans

• Medication administration, treatment management, and clinical documentation

• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating with care teams

• Helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life

• Collaborating closely with caregivers, nurses, and leadership

• Providing compassionate care with patience, professionalism, and a warm smile
