Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing protocols.
Monitor residents health status, including vital signs and overall condition, and report any changes to the nursing team.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support residents with mobility and personal care.
Document care provided and maintain accurate resident records in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Provide compassionate, respectful care and support to residents and their families.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Dependable and punctual with the ability to work evening shifts consistently.
