Overview of Unit/DepartmentWant to be a member of an interdisciplinary team that is patient focused?  Working daily with all types of adult patients from cardiac to trauma to ortho and neuro. We focus on the patient returning home at their maximum level of abilities. The LPN provides care based on the patients’ needs, which includes medication administration, dressing changes, monitoring of vital signs and skin integrity, documentation in the medical record, and providing patients and families with support and education.Job Requirements Education
