Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
  • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
  • Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
  • Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
  • Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
