What You"ll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Patient Support Specialist (LPN), you"ll provide hands-on clinical support while helping patients access the care and resources they need.
Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program
Active Connecticut LPN License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
2-4 years of clinical experience in:
Primary Care
Ambulatory Care
Acute Care
Strong care coordination and patient communication skills
Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic experience preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.00/hr.
