Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care and nursing home setting. This role offers a supportive work environment, stable leadership, and flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health needs and monitor condition changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide direct patient care and emotional support
• Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to nursing standards, policies, and best practices
• Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
• 1 year of experience min
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
