Licensed Practical Nurse II

Willis Knighton Health System is looking for an LPN that can float to the different campuses and work in all the physicians offices. We offer Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hemology/ Oncology, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, and will be required to go to all 5 campuses. WKN, WKP, WKS, WKB and Rehab Work responsibilities will include, but not limited to, triaging patients, assisting with history and physical, assisting with new employee paperwork, medication administration and reconciliation, answering, returning phone calls and calling in prescriptions.Setting up and assisting with clinical procedures. The employee will be responsible for cleaning the instructions and takingthem to sterile processing. They willassist with medication management and security and to ensure the workflow is conductedin a safe and pleasant environment. Theywill require good communication, computers and work in a team approach.
