Job Summary: Clovis Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced LPN/T-LPN for a 9-week contract assignment on the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a rehabilitation/long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow facility policies and applicable nursing standards.
Requirements:
Active LPN/T-LPN license eligible to work in New Mexico.
